Try to accept yourself and have a good time. When people are
having a good time, they often forget about their problems,
worries and shortcomings. Take a vacation or get away with a
group of friends. Spending time with others and laughing can
take your mind off things giving your spirit time to heal.
Sometimes your self confidence can take a real hit after a nasty
relationship or break up and you may just need a chance to allow
your inner person to heal from the trauma. That is where having
